Would You Stick With Your Diet If Your Weight Did Not Drop In The First 30 Days
I have received a number of comments and congratulations from my peers in response to posting the before and after pic where I show my body changing from approximately 190 lbs. to 176 lbs. And, yes, those pics are 30 days apart – February 14th to March 15th.

The Hardest Work Was In The First 30 Days
I want to be clear: I did have phenomenal success beginning after day 31. However, I did the hardest work from January 15th to February 14th. Yes, I was super strict with my diet. Yes, I was working my body to the max. Most importantly, this was the time where I was working on the very deepest part of my mind and my soul. I dug deep, deep inside of who I was and I found that I did have the true grit to do whatever it took to see my body change.

- What does it mean to make a commitment to yourself?
- What does perseverance mean to you?
- Can I really change what I put in my mouth?
- Am I addicted to food?
- What does safe and responsible self-experimentation mean to me?
